On arrival you will be welcomed and from here we drive you to your base hotel, Aberdares Country Club for lunch. After lunch you will be transferred to the “Tree Hotel” THE ARK strategically located in the heart of Aberdares forests. This unique game lodge overlooks floodlit waterholes and saltlick, which attract a variety of wildlife (elephants, rhinos, leopards, bushbucks, bongos), that come here to quench their thirsty and lick on the salt.
After breakfast we drive to Lake Nakuru, located in the Great Rift Valley 1750 meters above sea level, Lake Nakuru is known as an ornithological paradise by birdwatchers because The lake is world famous as the location of the greatest bird spectacle on earth which boasts any where between one and two million lesser and greater pink flamingos.The park has also been established for the protection of endangered species Such as the rhino and is also home to Columbus monkeys, Leopards, Giraffes, and a variety of plain antelope. On arrival check in at Sarova Lion Hill Game Lodge. An afternoon game drive around the lake shore will be the main feature for the afternoon.
After breakfast we leave for full day game drive to Masai Mara Game (Wildlife) Reserve. Full of life with various types of animals and Birds, Masai Mara crown’s the climax of every safari in Kenya. Masai Mara is home to the “Big Five”(Elephant, Buffalo, Lion, Leopard and Rhino) and over 450 bird species.
After breakfast we enter the Nairobi National Park to view a variety of game including lions, cheetahs, buffalo, impala, giraffes and ostriches, roaming in untouched savannah and indigenous forest. The 117 sq km park is unique by being the only protected area in the world with a variety of animals and birds close to a major city. It has a diversity of environments with characteristic fauna and flora. Open grass plains with scattered acacia bushes predominate. The western side has a highland dry forest and a permanent river with a riverine forest.
After early breakfast we drive to Amboseli National Park. Amboseli is famous for its dramatic scenery and open plains. The image of Amboseli is usually herds of Elephant against the rich blue silhouette of 19,330ft high Mount Kilimanjaro. On arrival check in at Ol Tukai Lodge. Then we leave for a game drive, Observe hundreds of Elephant herds immersed in the crystal clear pools with waters from Mt Kilimanjaro. On a clear day, you can see the top of Africa’s highest peak Mt Kilimanjaro. The park is home to Lions, Giraffes, Leopards, Zebras, Gnus, Cheetahs, Baboons, Hyenas, Hippos among other wildlife.
After breakfast the day is free for your own leisure to relax on the beach.
